Ground to Earth with T L C may be right for you if…

  • You experience deeply dis-regulated emotional states on a regular basis (e.g.: anxiousness, depressive, nervousness, unease, sleeping trouble or highly judgmental states)

  • You are a female, aged anywhere between 14 & 80 years of age and are in counseling for mental health counseling but not feeling that the work is integrating into the physical body (long time talk therapy clients needing to integrate)

  • You feel like you’re regularly on ‘high alert’ & noticing an impact on your ability to communicate, feel joyful, playful or execute basic day to day functions

  • You (or your child) experience speech/language delays or have unexplained, challenging behaviors whether at home, work or school

  • You are a woman who desires to feel more connected to your power, inner wisdom, playfulness and sensual (& sexual) body
